The Nursery 3's children thoroughly enjoyed exploring the sensory squash and a squeeze tuff tray. Some of the children used the small world characters to retell the story, “it’s full in the house” “it’s a squash and a squeeze in there” “all the animals are squashed!” Others used their senses to explore the resources, they talked about the textures using vocabulary such as “rough” and “spiky.” Some of the children enjoyed tasting the different cereals as they were playing!
