Year 4 develop their skills at mixing paint colours, focusing on tints and shades.  Pupils enjoy discovering how 3D effects can be created through careful application of colour.  In this unit, pupils halos learn about local artist Percy Kelly who spent time living in Allonby.  Pupils use watercolours to imitate some of Kelly's landscape paintings.
